When you submit an enquiry, we receive the details you enter, which may include your name, email address, company, service interests, budget and message. If you subscribe to flight notes, we receive the email address you provide.
Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive customer information through the contact form. We can discuss an appropriate way to share project information when needed.
How we use information
We use enquiry details to respond to you, understand your requirements and discuss services you have requested. We use newsletter details to send the flight notes you subscribe to.
Information about a proposed project may also help us prepare a scope of work and communicate with you during that discussion. We do not treat a contact enquiry as permission to send unrelated marketing.
Website hosting and form processing
This website is hosted on Netlify, and its contact and newsletter forms use Netlify Forms. These services process submissions and technical request information needed to deliver the website and handle messages.
A link to WhatsApp or another third-party service takes you to a service with its own privacy practices. Review that service’s policies before sharing information there.
Keeping information appropriate
Personal information should be accessible only to people and service providers who need it for the stated purpose. It should not be kept longer than necessary for that purpose, subject to applicable obligations.
The final policy must describe the organisation’s actual retention schedule, security practices and any additional analytics or service providers before it is adopted.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us about information you have submitted, request a correction or ask to stop receiving newsletter messages by emailing hello@automatepilot.com. Identify the enquiry or subscription you are contacting us about without sending sensitive documents.
The rights and procedures that apply to a request depend on the applicable rules and the circumstances. This draft does not replace a policy tailored to the organisation’s actual operations.
